To fill your paintball tank, simply screw this into your dive tank, and then connect your paintball tank via the fill nipple.

Slowly open the dive tank using the valve on the tank, and allow the paintball tank to fill over a period of 30-60 seconds. Once pressure has equalised (the gauge will no longer move, and you will not be able to hear the transfer of air). 

Then close the dive tank valve, press the purge button on the fill station (you will hear a small escape of air). You will then be able to remove your paintball tank from the fill station.
