This adapter uses a custom HPA insert and not a gas magazine. If you need to use a 'gas' instead of air, we recommend connecting safely regulated CO2 (100-150PSI) to the adapter.

No, there are no modifications needed to use this kit. The ONLY thing you need to do is remove the magazine catch and the plastic block for the sling loop at the base of the pistol grip. Both of these can be re-installed if you remove the kit.

The BBs inside the tube move in a constant 'conveyor'. Once you have 'primed' the tube, you will be able to use the full magazine capacity.

The MK23 is non blowback, and can only fire as fast as you can pull the double action trigger. This is far slower than the M4 magazine attached to the adapter can feed, and thus presents no problem.
